What we collect
This website is intentionally privacy-minimal. We use Plausible Analytics which does not use cookies, does not collect any personally identifiable information, and does not track you across sites.
Reservations
Bookings are processed by our reservation partner Dojo. When you book a table on our /book/ page, Dojo’s widget loads inside our page and sets cookies on the dojo.appdomain. These cookies are functional — necessary for the booking to work — and are governed by Dojo’s own privacy policy.
Cookies
Our site does not set marketing or tracking cookies. The only cookies that may be set during your visit come from the Dojo reservation widget on the /book/ page, as described above.
